Ddu(Drugdu) at CMEF Spring 2017: RFQ & Agent Intents Shown on Hospitalar 2017 Together
On May 15th, China International Medical Equipment Fair
(hereinafter referred to as the "CMEF") was launched at the Shanghai
National Exhibition & Convention Center, with a number of over 4,000
medical equipment suppliers exhibited. All sourcing
requests and agent intents from CMEF and Hospitalar 2017 are shown together via
online website and offline live screen simultaneously. Any buyer or suppliers
could release sourcing requests or post quotations by scanning QR code or
searching ID. Ddu(Drugdu), the global leading pharmaceuticals and medical devices B2B
platform, participated in the fair with the products of quality members and
aroused great concern during the fair by providing a new service of demand
releasing and matching for participants.
It is reported that CMEF is the largest fair for medical equipment as well
as related products and services in the Asia-Pacific region, with exhibits
covering medical imaging, in vitro diagnostic products and over 10,000 kinds of
products. It serves the whole chain in the medical equipment industry directly
and comprehensively and has attracted more than 4,000 medical equipment manufacturers
as exhibitors as well as more than 200,000 dealers and agents to attend. For
this time, Ddu(Drugdu) exhibited with products of quality members and launched
its new service of demand releasing and matching int the fair.
In the heavyweight fair, though with a not perfect booth: H5.1, Q31,
Ddu(Drugdu) performed itself with its new Internet mode and attracted a
continuous stream of visitors to the booth for consultancy and negotiation. To
maximize the trade efficiency, Ddu(Drugdu) simultaneously attended Hospitalar
2017 in Brazil this time. Both the participants in Brazil and Shanghai could
release sourcing and agent requests by scanning a QR code with their mobile.
The releasing requests shall appear at a large screen in the fair and at
Drugdu.com simultaneously in real time, which breaks the limitations of time,
space and region, precisely matching the sourcing and agent requests for
participants in the two fairs.
Synchronous display of requests from the two fairs in Brazil and Shanghai
is a new matchmaking service initiated by Ddu(Drugdu), which is an effective
attempt of changing the traditional mode of medical trade by using the Internet
technology. A sales director of one medical equipment company said after
releasing his request by scanning a QR code: “It is the first time that I’ve
seen such a special promotion service. It’s quite convenient to post requests
after scanning a code with my mobile. The sourcing request I posted in CMEF can
be synchronized to Hospitalar in Brazil. I don’t even need to go to Brazil for
the fair.”

Another person in charge of a pharmaceutical company expressed great
interest after experiencing Drugdu.com at the scene. “Ddu(Drugdu) is more
specialized in the pharmaceutical industry than Alibaba and Made-in-China. From
the preliminary experience, I feel it easy in operation and practical in
function. I’m looking forward to the follow-up using effects.”

For this brilliant appearance, a top manager of Ddu(Drugdu) said, “as a B2B
platform connecting the upstream and downstream in the cross-border medical
trade, Ddu(Drugdu) has been committed to accelerating the global circulation of
pharmaceuticals and medical devices and making the cross-border medical trade
easier and more efficient. CMEF has exactly provided a chance for direct
contact among the cross-border pharmaceuticals and medical devices platform,
numerous medical
equipment enterprises and the related industrial chain, which helps to
promote networking in the cross-border medical trade.”
The fair is still
on. A large number of supply and demand information from CMEF and Hospitalar
will be released soon. Please pay attention to Ddu’s official website: www.drugdu.com.
